This page requires attorney sign-off before use.The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. § 1679 et seq.) mandates specific disclosure and contract language, and many states impose additional or stricter requirements on top of it. The content below reflects the general shape of CROA's required disclosures — it is a drafting starting point, not verified statutory language, and it has not been checked against your state's credit-repair statute. Do not rely on it with real customers until a licensed attorney has reviewed and approved it.
